Location: Kitchener, ON N2G 2L2
Salary: $78.25 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Job Type: Permanent employment
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the company's mission and strategic course through policies and specific goals, achieved by adeptly managing human, financial, and material resources.
- Oversee the creation of key departments and senior roles, allocate resources to execute organizational strategies, establish controls, endorse promotional efforts, and approve human resource plans.
- Lead, manage, hire, train, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and achieve financial objectives.
- Act as a passionate and professional operational leader, mentor, motivator and positive innovator who creates opportunities and makes decisions that support sales, company growth and overall team’ experience and retention.
- Define business strategy, set bold timelines to execute that strategy, and guide cross-functional teams on the execution.
- Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience of 5 years or more in management and progressively responsible positions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and a solid understanding of business economics, is important to work efficiently within a budget of $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Ability to think strategically, foresee market trends, and formulate effective business strategies.
