Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure the works are done in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office procedures by organizing office operations, controlling correspondence and designing system.
  • Co-ordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Resolve various staff issues related to their work and review the works of staff to the management.
  • Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data.
