Salary: 22.56 hourly / 40 hours per Week  with overtime of $33.84 per hour starts post 44 hours in a week

Job Description:

●      Assist clients/guests with special needs

●      Co-ordinate, assign and review work

●      Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

●      Requisition materials and supplies

●      Create work schedules, protocols, collaborate with other departments

●      Participate in hiring and training the staff

●      Perform clerical responsibilities such as maintenance of reservations files and day to day operational paperwork

●      Ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls

●      Verify each reservation request is processed as per hotel standards without delay.

●      Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, assign duties, and expedite workflow for reservation agents.

●      Ensure deposit payment is received for all reservations. 

Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language: English
