Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 Years or more of work experience
Work Site Environment: Noisy, Hot, Cold/refrigerated, Outdoors
Specific Skills: Responsible for installing new heating, cooling, and air conditioning systems in buildings. This includes reading blueprints and schematics, determining the appropriate equipment, and ensuring installations comply with local codes, Install various components such as compressors, motors, condensers, humidifiers, and thermostats, Identify and repair issues with HVAC systems, such as leaks, mechanical wear, or electrical faults, Perform regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently. This includes cleaning air ducts, changing filters, and checking refrigerant levels, Keep track of parts and supplies, reordering as necessary to ensure that necessary materials are always available for service tasks, Maintain accurate records of all installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs done, including details of the equipment and services provided.
