Required Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide staff training or hire someone to do so
Authorize checks for payments
The merchandise may be returned if you authorize it
Product sales
Ensure that sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters are reported
Maintain and organize inventory
Identify and resolve customer complaints and shortages of supplies
Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of workers

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
