Office Administrator shall be required to perform following Job Duties:
Implement new administrative procedures
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Perform data entry
Train team members
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Plan and control budget and expenditure
Employment Requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration will be considered as an asset.
Experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration will be considered as an Asset.
