Responsibilities
Task
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports, and related material.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, parking and maintenance services.
- Determine current and future staffing needs, create and publish job notices and advertisements, and gather and review applications.
- Examine candidate databases and reach out to potential applicants to schedule interviews and facilitate transfers.
- Determine and establish office procedures as per the management request.
- Respond to inquiries by phone and email, and transfer calls and messages.
- Maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Plan and verify employer meetings and appointments.
- Take notes and draft meeting minutes.
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Prepare periodic reports, manuals and reports as per the management’s request.
- May gather data, statistics, and additional information to support research activities.
- May organize business events.
