Hotel Front Desk

Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, handling reservations and payment transactions.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including keeping supplies stocked.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival.
- Process wake-up calls, messages, and other guest service requests accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, inputting data into computer systems, and generating reports.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including security protocols and privacy guidelines.
