Responsibilities
Tasks
- Ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor driver performance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles.
- Assign routes and loads efficiently.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by drivers promptly.
- Track fuel usage and optimize routes for cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driver hours.
- Implement training programs for new drivers.
- Handle paperwork related to permits, licenses, and insurance.
