We are looking for a full-time Stone fabricator finisher / Polisher to join our team at Patra Stonework located at Unit 106 – 18485 53rd Ave, Surrey, BC, V3S 7A4.

Permanent Position: Stone Fabricator Finisher / Polisher

Number of Vacancies: 1

Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time

Wage Rate: $28.85/Hour, 40 hours per Week

Work Schedule: 8 hours shift (Mon-Fri)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education Requirement: No Degree, Certificate or Diploma required. 

Work Experience Requirement: 2 to 3 years of experience is required.

Language:  Basic English

Job Duties of Stone Fabricator Finisher / Polisher:

• Responsible for finishing the final product
• Polishing all types of quartz, marble, granite, and porcelain surfaces to a high gloss finish
• Ability to cut or shape stone according to drawings and/or templates
• Grinding edges with stones or various other tools to achieve the desired finish.
• Ability to perform all types of edge work.

Keep the work area clean.

The right individual should have:

• Extreme attention to detail
• Able to read measurements and understand drawings
• Understands the fabrication process with knowledge of natural stone
• Proficiency in gluing miters, profile edges, grinding and finishing edges.

Note: Candidate should be legally entitled to work in Canada
