Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Position Available: 1

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $29.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Business Location:  9855 Austin Road suite 128B Burnaby, British Columbia V3J 1N4

Job Duties:

• Forecast, order and stock merchandise.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, and personnel matter.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment is always maintained to promote store image.
• Hire and train new staff and prepare work schedules.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School

Work Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience.

Language: English

Work conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
