Salary: $46 per hour
Main Duties of the job:
- Develop and evaluate the marketing strategies that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Initiate market research studies and analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Employment Requirements:
- College Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
