Salary: $15.50 per hour for 30 to 45 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware and places dishes in storage area.
• Ensure the kitchen colleagues have the dishes/silverware required and members have clean dishes.
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items; keep the kitchen area clean.
• Package take-out food portion and wrap foods; stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Should have the knowledge to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
• Sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash and polish floors; wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
• Assist culinary team and serving staff to deliver excellent customer service to patrons.

Eligibility Requirements:

• No Degree required, should be certified or diploma from accredited institution/university
• No experience required, however if experienced then it’s an added advantage.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, physically demanding job, do repetitive tasks.
