Responsibilities
Tasks
- Prepare dough for oven baked pizza, garlic bread, and sweet goods such as brownies, fudge, muffins, pastries and cakes according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Keep records of the production schedule
- To determine the type and quantity of goods to produce.
- Frost and decorate cakes, brownies and other baked goods.
- Making product improvement recommendations, responding to the needs of the customers.
- Draw up production schedule to determine the type and the quantity to produce.
- Ensure the quality of products and meet the expectations of the customers.
- Place an order for the baking supplies
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance.
- Organize and maintain inventory and wastage records
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Oversee merchandise of baked goods.
- Bake mixed doughs and batters.
