Position: Cook (1 Position)

Salary: $19.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week.

Terms of employment: Permanent-Full time

Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, On Call, Overtime, Shift, Weekend.

Language required: English

Education: Secondary (high) school

Experience: 6 months to 1 Year

Work setting: Restaurant-Fast Paced

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory – Prepare and cook meals and specialty foods.
• Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces as instructed by a Head Chef or Supervisor
• Performing any other duties and tasks as instructed by a Head Chef or Management Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities
