Job Description
Wage: $25.00 per hour (40 hours per week; full-time position)
Location of Work: 3192 Eglinton Avenue East, C, Scarborough, Ontario M1J 2H5
Job Description:
- Schedule and confirm appointments, patient scheduling, receive and communicate messages for dentists, dental care staff and management
- Making sure all confidential client medical information, records, reports, articles, case histories and correspondence in patient files
- Reviewing and updating policy services in client files (address change, banking info change, all other client services and keep track of the process until it is done)
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail
- Making sure all infection control guidelines are being followed
- Making sure all office policies are in order
- Developing relationship with suppliers and clients
- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment and check stock and ordering when needed
- Coordinate the purchase and delivery of medical, office supplies and equipment with management to ensure the availability of equipment and supplies to provide quality patient services
- Preparing correspondence, reports, invoicing, receivables and payables
- Manage website and update when needed. Manage SEO and google my business page.
- Perform other administrative duties and establish office procedures as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
- 2-3 years of administrative work experience
- Proficiency in the use of computers and common applications like word processing and spreadsheets
- People skills and the ability to handle stress
- Ability to remember large amounts of information and handle multiple tasks at once
- Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Team player who can understand the growth potential of our organization
