Job Description:
- Book, confirm, re-schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies accordingly.
- Answer electronic and telephone call enquiries and relay them accordingly.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Prepare, edit, enter and check, presentations, reports, invoices, brochures and any material related to handwritten and machine records
- Take care of incoming electronic and handling other material, internal information flow co-ordination with other departments and organizations
- Regulate and establish office procedures
- Greet visitors and direct visitors to an appropriate person
- Keep record of minutes of meetings
- Compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
- Supervise and train office staff in procedures if needed
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- 1 year to less than 2 years experience required
