• Completion of college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required. • 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience is required. • English is required. The employment is full time and permanent.

• Manage the outlet and make sure all the work is being done as per the standards set by the employer.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a Restaurant.
• Skillfully handle recruitment process and make sure job training is given to new staff
• Conducting Quarterly Training, monitoring weekly performance and sharing the performance chart with the management every month.
• Make staff schedule according to the operation needs.
• Determine the type of service needed and offer it.
• Implement operation procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of different aspects of the restaurant.
• Maintain records and control inventory & monitor the revenue.
• Modify procedures and price of the food items as per the needs.
• Listen patiently & resolve the complaints of the customers.
• Identify potential suppliers based on the restaurant’s menu requirements, quality standards and budget and schedule meetings with suppliers for food and other ingredients
• Ensure all safety and hygiene procedures and follow all times in the restaurant as per the health and safety standards
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for large orders.
• Negotiate with supplier for raw materials and other inventories
