Job Duties:
– Hiring staff and training the new hire and keep a record ofperformance.
– Make schedule as per work priorities and distribute dutiesto staff.
– Develop and further assess client care and react to clientdemands and issues.
– Plan and make budget and order inventory.
– Prepare reports to keep a record of clients’ interests,volumes, and effects of the sale.
– Oversee and coordinate with staff and other members
– Make strategies for credit, sale and return of products.
– Execute planning to provide visual standards such as storedisplays, signage, and cleanliness.
-Co-ordinate with staff and supervise their activities.
-Evaluate staff performance timely.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
