JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Oversee the everyday cleaning operations.
- Supervise the tasks of various cleaning staff engaged in specialized, industrial, and light duty staff.
- Take part in the training of the staff in the cleaning department.
- Assign work duties to workers and prepare work schedules with the management/ownership.
- Determine staffing requirements and resolve any issues such as work schedule changes, sick calls, additional staffing requirements.
- Report any repair work or worn-out furnishing/equipment that needs management attention.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment and follow all company protocol.
- Maintain financial reports such as expenses and budget.
- Maintaining necessary communication with other departments.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Criteria:
Education: High School
Work Experience: 7 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position/field is required.
Specific Skills: Flexibility, Team Player, Judgement, Reliability, Organized, Efficient interpersonal skills.
Language: English
Salary: CAD$ 28.00/hour. Full-time permanent position
