Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Job Duties:
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, emails and memos.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Develop and maintain various filing systems including vendor information.
- Perform general office duties including screening phones, photocopying, fax and mailing.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and forward the telephone calls and message.
- Create purchase orders, quotes and coordinate payments to vendors.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Process expense reports and bills.
