Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Supervision- 5 to 10 people.
Specific Skills: Assign duties to workers and supervising and co-ordinating the duties of workers who prepare the food, training the staff in job duties to be performed, · Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage records, authorizing payments to receive, ensuring quality food service, preparing food order summaries for the cooks, resolve problems at work if arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and overseeing the delivery of food trolleys.
Work Setting: Food service establishment, fast food outlet, restaurant.
Work conditions: Fast paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods of time, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding.
