Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for implementing new technologies and systems as a primary contact point and work with a variety
of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, to help them integrate new software or hardware into
their existing infrastructure.
Training users on how to use the new technology we have implemented. This can include anything from simple
tutorials on how to log in to more complex training sessions on how to use specific features of the software or
hardware being introduced.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze the solution and size of warehouse, height, type of items to determine proper materials
needed for use in certain projects.
• Oversees or preparing engineering designs, documents and confirming specifications to ensure project
can be completed successfully on time.
• Implement robotic solutions in warehouse, including robot induction, work station setup and end-to
end testing for warehouse operations.
• Provide onsite hyper-care support after implementation, such as robot troubleshooting and firmware
upgrade
• Work closely with Project Manager and Software Engineer to conduct commissioning test or
acceptance test and ensure implementation quality.
• Work closely with Dev team to find bugs or failure to improve project quality
• Train customer through basic level to advanced level to guide clients for operations.
• Train third party engineers to investigate, troubleshoot robots on site during residential period.
• Coordinate and liaise with sub-contractors, third parties during implementation
• Prepare sub-contractor for yearly preventive maintenance job
• Analyze related server log, system log to resolve hardware and system issues.
• Supervise entire process of pre-implementation to post-implementation stage.
• Provide technical support during yearly tech-show.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
· One year to less than 2 years
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Online collaboration tools proficiency is required.
· MS office suite proficiency is required.
· Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication
· Travel friendly
· Willing to learn and have attention to details
Compensation:
· basic salary $70,000 annually
· 25% bonus
