FW Southgate Mall Fast Food Inc. is a renowned fast-food restaurant located at Southgate Mall. We provide a diverse range of food options, including Vegetarian, Seafood, Fast Food, Asian, Chicken, and Chinese cuisine, among others, to our esteemed customers. We also offer delivery services to select areas.

We are currently seeking two Kitchen Helpers to join our team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and maintaining our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming various food items, contributing to the preparation of our diverse food offerings.
2. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen by washing worktables, cupboards, and appliances regularly.
3. Manage waste effectively by cleaning kitchen garbage containers and ensuring proper disposal of trash.
4. Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly, maintaining a tidy and safe working environment.
5. Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.
6. Serve customers at counters and buffet tables, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
7. Assist in assembling, wrapping, and packaging food items for both in-store service and delivery.
8. Clear and clean tables in the dining area, replenish condiments, and set tables for service.
9. Assist with dishwashing responsibilities, ensuring dishes are cleaned before and after service.
10. Assist other kitchen and service staff in daily operations, performing other related duties as required.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of high school education or equivalent is required.
2. On-the-job training will be provided.
3. Candidates should be able to adapt quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift per day.
4. Compensation: $16 per hour.
5. Work Location: Southgate Mall, 5015 111 Street NW, Edmonton AB T6H 4M6

We offer 10 working days of vacation annually, or vacation pay amounting to 4% of wages.
