JOB DESCRIPTION:

Domino’s is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Asst. Restaurant Manager for its location at 2469 Princess St, Unit 1, Kingston, Ontario. JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinating and managing the entire operation of restaurant in consultation with restaurant manager.
• Managing the entire staff of the restaurant and coordinating their work.
• Generating detailed daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on business, staff, and profit.
• Schedule staff in consultation with Restaurant Manager.
• Estimate consumption & maintain inventory.
• Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes.
• Recruiting, training, and motivating staff.
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Responsible for increasing the business of the restaurant.
• Increase the profits by minimizing wastage & cost control.
• Provide excellent customer service & resolve customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 6-months or more
• Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Wages: $21.20/hour
• 35-45 hours/week
