Job description:
Read and interpret welding blueprints
read and interpret welding process specifications
Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment as needed
Operate manual and semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
Operate brazing and soldering equipment
Maintain records as needed
Repairs and maintain worn parts of metal equipment as needed
Determine required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of mettallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques
