Cook required

Salary $18/hr, Full Time, Permanent

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 year or more
• Education: Not required
• Language: Basic oral English. Vietnamese as an asset

Duties:

• Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods of Vietnamese cuisine including pho, vermicelli, rice platters, rolls and vegetarian traditional dishes.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Ensure quality of food meet standards
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Supervise kitchen staff.
