We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer for our company J & J Freshlook Homes LTD.
We are offering $ 28 /hr for 40 hours/week.

Job requirements:
Languages: Good Communication skills in English is the requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in the related field is required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field is required.

Job duties expected to be performed:
• Considering the different ideas and choice of the client and make them into one cohesive design for their home interiors and to consult with the clients on a regular basis to determine the needs and their preferences.
• Visualizing how the space will be used and how people will move through the space
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts
• Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures using specific software.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements
• Co-ordinating with the general building sub contractors to implement the plans and specifications for the project
• Ensuring that the client is satisfied after the project is complete
