Job Description

We are currently looking for a Nanny for our child. The applicant must be caring, fun loving, enthusiastic, reliable, calm, and possess excellent communication skills.

Position Details:

Number of positions: 1

Salary: $16.50 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-Time; year-round work

Work Setting: Private home located in Mission, BC

Work Location: Mission, BC V2V 4S9 (Near intersection of Lark Street & Starling Avenue)

Job duties:

• Supervise and care for the child in the absence of parents.
• Help with bath, dressing, and feeding the child.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the child.
• Instruct the child in personal hygiene and social development.
• Prepare the child for nap time.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary Education.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or completion of the training program in childcare or a related field.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to work without supervision.
