2 Cooks required
Salary $19/hr, Full Time, Permanent
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year or more
- Education: Not required
- Language: Basic oral English. Punjabi or Hindi as an asset
Duties:
- Prepare and cook full course meals, individual dishes and foods of Indian cuisine including all kind of veg and non-veg dishes like Palak Paneer, Dal Makhni, Butter chicken, Channa masala, all kind of Naans, etc.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Ensure quality of food meet standards
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Supervise kitchen staff.
