Job Title: Factory Cleaner (NOC 6733)

Job Duties:

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways and floors and stairs
• Empty Trash cans and other waste containers
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris
• Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
• Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
• Move heavy furniture and equipment and supplies
• Manage all cleaning supplies & maintain adequate inventory
• Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
• Adjust and do minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
