Framing Carpenter

NuFrame Inc. is currently in the process of looking for 5 experienced framing carpenters.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location:

Various locations in the lower mainland British Columbia.

Wage rate: $30.00 per hour, overtime will start after 40 hours per week Eligibility:

• Secondary education or its equivalent is required 
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry (Carpenter or Framing
• Carpenter)
• English language

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and various shop drawings
• Layout building component locations such as walls, joists, and trusses
• Measure, cut, and install dimensional lumber and engineered wood products
• Construct and install wall, floor, stair, and roof assemblies
• Supervise carpenter helpers

Working setting: The candidate will be available to work full time Monday through Friday, and

on weekends as required.

Working Conditions: The candidate will be required to work outdoors in inclement weather

including rain, extreme cold, and high temperatures
