Specific Skills:
Coordinate and plan various activities for our Office.
Ensure that office procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
Answering phone calls and attending to new clients visiting the office when required;
Ordering inventory, prepare emails and spreadsheets;
Keep record of daily operation and maintain proper records.
Preparing and issuing rinvoices to clients and following up.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Co-ordinate and plan for office services.
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records.
Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
