Work Experience: 5 years
Job Duties
1) Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of production workers to perform daily work; 2) Establish methods and approaches to meet work and support effectively; 3) Coordinate work activities with other work units [Marketing, Account Management, Sales Reps, Purchasing, etc.]; 4) Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; 5) Be responsible for the proper receipt, stocking and product samples including all necessary components and literature; 6) Set up machines and equipment; 7) Ability to supervise 16-20 workers.
